Data we process

We may process the contact details and information you send voluntarily by email, together with limited technical data required to deliver, protect and maintain the website, such as security and server logs. SCENTIVOIRE currently does not offer user accounts or direct online sales.

Purposes and legal bases

  • To answer enquiries, correction requests and partnership proposals: our legitimate interest in managing communications and, where relevant, taking steps requested before entering into an agreement.
  • To operate and secure the website: our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable and secure service.
  • To comply with legal obligations and handle possible claims: compliance with applicable law.

Retention

Enquiries are retained only for as long as necessary to respond and, where appropriate, for the applicable limitation periods. Technical logs are retained for the period reasonably required for security, diagnosis and hosting operations.

Recipients and service providers

Personal data is not sold. Data may be processed by hosting, security, maintenance and email providers acting as service providers, or disclosed when required by law. The current website is hosted by Raiola Networks.

Affiliate links and external websites

When you follow a link to an external retailer, that third party may process technical, purchase or account data under its own privacy and cookie policies. SCENTIVOIRE does not receive the payment details you provide directly to a retailer.

International transfers

Any international transfer made by a service provider must rely on a lawful mechanism under applicable data protection law. This section will be reviewed whenever analytics, advertising, newsletter or consent-management services are added.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send a request to contact@scentivoire.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at https://www.aepd.es/.

Cookies and future changes

Our Cookie Policy explains which cookies SCENTIVOIRE uses and how you can manage them. Optional cookies are managed through Google Tag Manager, a tag manager provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Tag Manager is loaded only with your consent, that is, only after you accept analytics or marketing cookies in the cookie notice. Once it is loaded, your browser downloads the Google Tag Manager script from googletagmanager.com, which, like any request on the internet, gives Google your IP address and basic technical data about your browser. Google may also process these data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie preferences”, at the foot of every page. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies must not be activated before the appropriate information and consent controls are in place. This Privacy Policy will be updated when the website introduces new forms, subscriptions, analytics or advertising tools.
