BRAND-PUBLISHED NOTES · PARFUMO COMMUNITY SCORES
Lattafa Khamrah Qahwa · At a glance
A coffee gourmand: ginger, cinnamon and cardamom over praline and candied fruit, with Arabica coffee, tonka and vanilla in the base. Qahwa means coffee, and the name is accurate.
An editorial candidate for cold mornings and for readers who find the original Khamrah too sweet. It is a different fragrance, not a stronger version of the first.
What does it smell like?
Ginger and cardamom open it with a dry, almost savoury bite, cinnamon behind them. The spice reads as the top of a cup rather than as a baking accord, which is the first thing that separates this from the original.
The heart softens quickly. Praline and candied fruits bring the sweetness back, and a white-floral accord sits underneath doing structural work rather than announcing itself.
The base is where the name pays off: Arabica coffee, unmistakable and slightly bitter, with tonka and vanilla rounding it and benzoin and musk holding it together. The coffee is the through-line and it does not disappear as the sweetness builds — that balance is the whole proposition.
This is our reading of the composition as published by the house, not a wear test.
Where these notes come from
These are the house’s own notes, and this is the best-documented profile in the batch: Lattafa publishes the three-tier pyramid, and Fragrantica and Parfumo reproduce exactly the same eleven materials in the same three tiers, without adding or removing anything. Nothing here comes from a database reading.
Two things we are not publishing. The concentration is not stated on lattafa.com — the Eau de Parfum designation comes from the brand’s US store, cited below. And Parfumo credits Jordi Fernández, with Givaudan, as the perfumer, but it is the only source that does: neither the house nor Fragrantica names anyone. A single source is not enough for us to put a name in the perfumer field, so that field stays empty.
Choosing the right version
Qahwa is not Khamrah and not Khamrah Dukhan. The house also sells a Qahwa deodorant as a separate product.
Longevity and projection
The longevity and projection scores on this profile are Parfumo community ratings for this exact fragrance, checked on 3 November 2026 — not a SCENTIVOIRE skin test. Parfumo publishes no versatility score, so we show none. Your skin, dose and climate will change the result.
Longevity
Parfumo members rate longevity 8.5/10 (1,645 ratings).
Projection
Parfumo members rate sillage 8.3/10 (1,641 ratings).
Versatility
Pending. Parfumo publishes no versatility score, so this profile shows none rather than an estimate. The season suggestions below are guidance, not a score.
Best seasons to wear it
Autumn and winter first. The spice opening reads cleanest in cold air and the coffee base gains from it. Editorial suggestions, not seasonal scores.
Who is it for?
For anyone who wants coffee in a fragrance and not just in the marketing, and for readers who liked the idea of Khamrah but not its density of dried fruit.

What others compare it to
Nothing citable. Unlike the rest of this batch, we found no identifiable source proposing Qahwa as an alternative to a designer or niche fragrance. A signed Fragrantica review places its praline “somewhere between” Maison Tahité Vanilla2 and Mugler Angel Muse, but that is a remark about one material, not an equivalence. Its own list of similar scents on Parfumo is made up entirely of other Arabian houses.
Where to buy Khamrah Qahwa and price

Sources and methodology
- Lattafa · official product page, note pyramid, size and gender
- Lattafa US · the only official channel that states the concentration
- Fragrantica · corroboration of the pyramid
- Parfumo · independent corroboration; sole source for a perfumer credit we have not published
Checked on 30 September 2026. The note pyramid, the launch year, the size and the unisex designation are attributed to Lattafa; the concentration is attributed to the brand’s US store. The house’s site and Fragrantica are not independent sources for this brand, because the descriptive paragraph on lattafa.com reproduces Fragrantica’s text verbatim; Parfumo is the independent corroboration. No perfumer is credited because only one source names one. The description of the scent is our editorial reading of the published composition. No SCENTIVOIRE skin test has been carried out. Longevity and projection are Parfumo community ratings (1,645 longevity votes), checked on 3 November 2026; versatility stays pending. Listed notes describe the olfactory composition, not proof of natural ingredients in the formula.
